	&lt;p&gt;Today, we have celebrated my eldest son's birthday by cutting a small cake in front of micro family members. Govt played spoilt sport by cutting the power for reasons best known to them.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;It was so simple that even the b'day boy wasn't in his usual zeal. I dont know why , here in India, we start our kid's first b'day in a grand manner and years pass by loose the rhythm.I am referring to the middle class and lower middle class only.&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;It's not just because of money alone. Whats the reason behind this ?&lt;/p&gt;
